The Clare Valley is one of Australia's most renowned wine regions, and for good reason - the region is home to some of the country's best cellar doors. If you're looking to do some wine tasting while in Clare Valley, be sure to check us out!

Claymore Wines' cellar door is conveniently located at the gateway of the Clare Valley in Leasingham, and only a short distance from the regional center of Clare. 

Our staff share a passion for the fun side of wine and enjoy guiding visitors through the Claymore Wines' tasting experience. 

Taste your way through the range, including some Cellar Door exclusives and artisan release wines. Starting with the Joshua Tree (Riesling), experience the Dark Side of the Moon (Shiraz), then slide into a Bittersweet Symphony (Cabernet Sauvignon). 

Enjoy the sunshine on the deck with a glass of wine and grazing platter showcasing South Australian cheeses, cured meats, and local produce or prop yourself up on a stool and lose yourself in the wine tasting experience.

You can also stock up and support local artisans with the best of Clare Valley’s produce, artwork, and homewares. 

Our Cellar Door Opening Hours Are:

Monday to Friday 11am - 5pm

Sunday & Public Holidays   11am - 4pm

While bookings are not essential it is recommended - especially if planning to visit Friday to Sunday. Please book directly with the cellar door - 08 8843 0200.

We are pleased to be able to welcome larger groups of 10 or more to our Cellar Door but these MUST be pre-booked and our group booking fee applies. (Please click here for the booking policy for buses, tours and groups)
